This website does not use a database, and it does not track visitors automatically. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to give us directly, such as through our contact and quote form or by phone, email or WhatsApp. This may include your name, phone number, email address, vehicle make and model, and your location or a description of what's happened.
The quote form on this site is currently set up to open your own email application with your details pre-filled, so that submission is sent directly from your device to ours as a normal email — it is not stored on this website or in any separate database run by us.
How we use it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand what's happened, arrange recovery, and, where needed, follow up about the job. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with your request and any related follow-up, such as an invoice query. We don't keep personal data longer than necessary, and we periodically remove information that's no longer needed.
