Accident Recovery Across the UK, 24/7

After a collision, the last thing you need is to sort out how to move a damaged car. Once the scene is safe and the police and emergency services have finished, we recover your vehicle to a garage, body shop, your home or secure storage. From £125, fixed price agreed upfront.

Safety and the emergency services first

If anyone is hurt, the road is blocked or there's any risk of fire, call 999 first. Once the scene is under control, call or WhatsApp us. On the scene itself the police are in charge: if they've arranged their own recovery, follow their instructions, and we can still move the car on afterwards, for example from a police pound to your garage.

Damaged cars need careful loading

A car after an accident often doesn't roll or steer properly: a wheel is pushed in, a tyre has burst, the steering is damaged or there's debris underneath. Tell us what you can see when you call, so we bring the right equipment. Damaged cars are loaded carefully to avoid making things worse, which matters for your insurance claim.

Where the car goes

  • Your own garage or a body shop for an assessment and repair
  • Your home, if you want to deal with the insurer first
  • Secure storage, if it's night-time or nothing is open
  • An insurer-approved repairer, if your insurer has already told you where

Check with your insurer. Some insurers arrange recovery themselves, or only pay for recovery to an approved repairer. A quick call before you book avoids paying twice. If you arrange it yourself, keep our invoice for your claim.

Questions

Accident Recovery FAQs

Can you recover a car that doesn't roll after an accident?

Yes. Tell us about the damage (wheels, tyres, steering) and we'll bring the right equipment to load it safely.

Will my insurer pay for the recovery?

Many policies include recovery after an accident, but some only cover recovery they arrange, or recovery to an approved repairer. Check with your insurer first, and keep the invoice if you arrange it yourself.

Can you collect my car from a police pound or a garage after an accident?

Yes. Give us the address and make sure the vehicle has been released to you, and we'll move it to wherever you need it.
